RSC Endorsement: U.S. Representative Arkansas District 1

Call me unconventional. Call me a "maverick." Call me a "reformer." Call me anything as long as it means "conservative."

I will always support the true conservative in an election. In the race for U.S. Representative Arkansas District 1, that true conservative is Princella Smith. I know she's unproven. I know she's young. But I am sick and tired of politicians who are nothing more than a body that conforms to the way things have always been. I am ready for positive change

Best wishes Princella. Never lose focus of why you ran in the first place.

Care to elaborate?

Explain why you think Princella is "the" conservative in the race?

And why Rick Crawford is not?

I've followed both from the time they each entered the race, and I believe they're both real conservatives. Your statement means little without some supporting facts.

I try not to respond to anonymous posts but I think you have a legitimate point. I live in Arkansas but not District 1. The information I had on which to base my decision was limited and it was not my contention that Rick Crawford is not a conservative. The primary issue that concerned me about Mr. Crawford was his endorsement by former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee. Gov. Huckabee is a great person but he is too moderate on socio-economic issues. I don't know that Mr. Crawford agrees with Gov. Huckabee on those issues but it was a concern.

Anyway, that is water under the bridge. Let's hope Mr. Crawford wins in November.
