Nancy Pelosi Is A Hillary Clinton Marxist

I suppose Nancy Pelosi is just trying to appeal to her left-wing, socialist base in San Francisco but her recent comments during a speech are really scary. This is confirmation that I was right in my last post on why we should all vote Republican this year.

Ms. Pelosi has outlined the things Congress will do in the first 100 hours after they take control next month. Most are not surprising but it is the attitude and reasoning that make this agenda scary.

According to Ms. Pelosi, the budget deficit is a top priority. In her words the new policy will be "Pay as you go." That means you can forget tax cuts and expect tax increases.

To do that, Bush-era tax cuts would have to be rolled back for those above "a certain level." She mentioned annual incomes of $250,000 or $300,000 a year and higher, and said tax rates for those individuals might revert to those of the Clinton era. Details will have to be worked out, she emphasized. By "details", what she really means is that tax cuts will be rolled back for everyone, not just the wealthy.

"We believe in the marketplace." "[Republicans] have only rewarded wealth, not work.

You know, I am offended by that. I am not one of the wealthy by any stretch of the imagination but the implication here is that the wealthy don't work. That is a "big load of hooey". Ms. Pelosi, don't forget that it is the "wealthy" who provide jobs for the "average American."

Now to my headline. You don't think Nancy Pelosi is a Marxist? Read this:

"We must share the benefits of our wealth beyond the privileged few."

Does that remind you of any statements by another Democratic leader? How about this one:

"We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good." - Hillary Clinton

Spoken like a true Marxist.
