Movie Review: Transformers ROTF

I am a sucker for a good action movie. Add technology that surpasses anything we have seen on this planet and I'm there.

Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen has to be reviewed from two viewpoints. First, from the action movie sucker viewpoint and second, from a father's point of view.

The action in this movie was incredible. New, bigger Transformers, more military involvement. If you like action you will not be disappointed. Shia LaBeouf is very good in this movie as is John Turturro. Ramon Rodriguez was pretty funny as Leo, the unsuspecting roommate of Shia LeBeouf's character.

From a father's point of view, this movie was way over the top on crude language and unnecessary sexual imagery. To get an idea of the language, take the first Transformers movie and multiply that times 10.

Bonus: One of the military officers (Major Lennox) takes a swipe a President Obama and his obsession with finding a diplomatic solution at any cost. The big government jerk in this movie is basically a mouthpiece for Obama. The bad guys are ruthless killers and Obama wants to negotiate with them. Sweeeeeet!!
